马克思主义人学视角下老龄化问题分析与现代化治理路径

摘　　要：进入新时代,日趋严重的人口老龄化问题伴随着我国现代化建设的全过程,产生了诸多社会问题,也制约着我国现代化建设的进一步深入,如何应对老龄化问题考验着国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。马克思主义人学以人的全面发展的原则出发,突出现实的人的立场,以人为本,为老龄化问题的应对和解决提供了理论基础。文章以马克思主义人学分析老龄化形成原因出发,指出老龄化问题的产生归因于人的现代化,并就此指出这一问题在当下对社会治理所造成的困境与挑战。最后,从人学理论的角度为我国现代化进程中出现的老龄化问题提出治理路径,要始终坚持以人为本的治理逻辑,从保障老龄群体权益和建设有中国特色的生产性老龄化两个维度阐述解决方案,推动老龄群体自我价值和社会价值的实现,并推进我国社会主义现代化的建设。Entering the new era,the increasingly serious issue of population aging accompanies the entire process of our country’s modernization,giving rise to many social problems and also restricting the further deepening of China’s modernization.How to address the aging issue is a test of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability.Marxist humanism,starting from the principle of the all-round development of individuals and emphasizing the posi-tion of real humans and people-centered,provides a theoretical foundation for responding to and solving the aging problem.This article begins with an analysis from the perspective of Marxist humanism on the causes of aging,attributing it to human modernization and pointing out the dif-ficulties and challenges this issue presents to social governance today.Finally,from the viewpoint of humanistic theory,it proposes paths for addressing the aging issue in the process of our coun-try’s modernization.It emphasizes the need to always adhere to a people-centered governance logic and elaborates on solutions from two dimensions:protecting the rights and interests of the elderly and constructing productive aging with Chinese characteristics.This approach aims to promote the realization of self-worth and social value among the population aging and advance the construction of Chinese socialism’s modernization.
