摘  要:随着新质生产力的发展和生物医药产业的战略地位提升,高等职业教育在培养高素质技术技能人才方面面临挑战。本研究针对苏州市高等职业学院药品生物技术专业核心课程存在的问题,提出了校企协同型课堂生态构建方案。旨在通过产教融合和校企合作,优化课程内容和教学方法,提高教育质量。具体内容包括重构岗位需求的课程体系、整合教学资源、完善评价机制等。研究采用问卷调查、企业走访等方法,分析了现状并设计了改革策略。成果表明,理论与实践相结合的校企协同型课堂生态有效提升了学生的职业技能和素质,促进了学生全面发展。With the development of new quality productivity and the strategic position of the biopharmaceutical industry,higher vocational education is facing challenges in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.This study proposes a collaborative classroom ecosys⁃tem construction plan between schools and enterprises to address the problems existing in the core courses of pharmaceutical biotechnology at Suzhou Higher Vocational College.Aim to optimize curriculum content and teaching methods,and improve educational quality through the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation.The specific content includes restructuring the curriculum sys⁃tem for job requirements,integrating teaching resources,and improving evaluation mechanisms.The study used methods such as question⁃naire surveys and company visits to analyze the current situation and design reform strategies.The results show that the school enterprise collaborative classroom ecology that combines theory and practice effectively enhances students'vocational skills and qualities,and pro⁃motes their comprehensive development.
