摘　　要：针对机械工程专业本科论文过程管理的现状,本文深入探讨了“软硬一体化”改革策略的实施意义与实践路径。通过剖析“软硬一体化”理论的核心理念,本文揭示了该策略如何有效整合硬性技术标准与软性人文关怀,以促进论文质量的全面提升。案例分析部分展示了具体改革措施的实施效果,包括优化指导教师配置、引入跨学科评审机制以及强化论文选题与社会需求的对接,从而显著提高了学生论文的创新性和实用性。未来展望部分,论文提出了持续完善“软硬一体化”改革的建议,强调了在信息化时代背景下,机械工程专业本科论文过程管理需不断适应技术变革与教育理念的更新,以培养更多具有综合素质和创新精神的工程技术人才。综上所述,本文通过对“软硬一体化”改革策略的深入研究与实践探索,为机械工程专业本科论文过程管理的优化提供了新的思路和方法,旨在推动高等教育与工程技术领域的人才培养模式创新,为我国机械工程行业的持续发展注入新的活力。In response to the current situation of process management in undergraduate thesis of mechanical engineering major,this article deeply explores the implementation significance and practical path of the"soft hard integration"reform strategy.By analyzing the core con⁃cept of the"soft hard integration"theory,this article reveals how this strategy effectively integrates hard technical standards with soft human⁃istic care to promote the comprehensive improvement of paper quality.The case analysis section demonstrates the implementation effects of specific reform measures,including optimizing the allocation of guidance teachers,introducing interdisciplinary evaluation mechanisms,and strengthening the connection between paper selection and social needs,thereby significantly improving the innovation and practicality of student papers.In the future outlook section,the paper proposes suggestions for continuously improving the"soft hard integration"reform,emphasizing that in the context of the information age,the process management of undergraduate thesis in mechanical engineering needs to constantly adapt to technological changes and updated educational concepts,in order to cultivate more engineering and technical talents with comprehensive qualities and innovative spirit.In summary,this article provides new ideas and methods for optimizing the process man⁃agement of undergraduate thesis in mechanical engineering through in-depth research and practical exploration of the"soft hard integra⁃tion"reform strategy,aiming to promote innovation in talent cultivation models in higher education and engineering technology fields,and inject new vitality into the sustainable development of China's mechanical engineering industry.
