摘 要:在全球化日益加深的今天,跨文化交际能力已成为人才的核心竞争力之一。高校英语教师作为培养具有国际视野人才的关键力量,不仅需具备扎实的语言功底,更需拥有跨文化意识,以便在教学中有效传递文化信息,培养学生的跨文化沟通能力。然而,一些地方高校英语教师在跨文化意识方面尚存在不足,一定程度上制约了学生国际视野的拓展。如何增强地方高校英语教师跨文化意识,以提升其教学效能并促进学生跨文化交际能力的发展,是值得教育工作者深入探讨的重要课题。对此,本文通过对地方高校英语教师跨文化意识现状调查并分析,探究地方高校英语教师跨文化意识增强策略,以期为相关教育工作者提供有益的参考。In today's increasingly globalized world,cross-cultural communication skills have become one of the core competencies of tal-ents.As a key force in cultivating talents with an international perspective,college English teachers not only need to have a solid language foundation,but also need to have cross-cultural awareness in order to effectively convey cultural information in teaching and cultivate stu-dents'cross-cultural communication skills.However,there are still shortcomings in cross-cultural awareness among English teachers in some local universities,which to some extent restricts the expansion of students'international perspectives.How to enhance the cross-cultural awareness of English teachers in local universities to improve their teaching effectiveness and promote the development of students'cross-cultural communication skills is an important topic worthy of in-depth exploration by educators.In this regard,this article investi-gates and analyzes the current situation of cross-cultural awareness among English teachers in local universities,and explores strategies for enhancing cross-cultural awareness among English teachers in local universities,in order to provide useful references for relevant educators.
