摘 要:在就业领域中,确保平等的就业权利具有不可动摇的核心地位。然而,当前现实显示,就业歧视现象依然普遍存在,女性平等就业权利未能得到应有的保障,这明显与宪法对女性平等就业权利的明确保障原则相悖。本文所探讨的女性就业平等权,特指女性在就业市场中应享有的与男性同等的各项权益,涵盖就业机会、劳动报酬以及职业发展的平等性。鉴于此,本文深入剖析了女性在就业领域因性别差异所遭遇的不平等待遇问题,并探讨如何通过法律途径,例如明确用人单位的法律责任、加强各部门的监督机制等,来有效应对这一挑战,从而切实保障女性的平等就业权利。Ensuring equal employment rights holds an unshakable core position in the field of employment.However,the current reality shows that employment discrimination is still widespread,and wom-en’s equal employment rights have not been adequately protected,which clearly contradicts the clear protection principle of the Constitution for women’s equal employment rights.The equal right of women to employment discussed in this article specifically refers to the various rights that women should enjoy in the job market,including equal employment opportunities,labor remu-neration,and career development.In view of this,this article provides an in-depth analysis of the unequal treatment faced by women in the field of employment due to gender differences,and ex-plores how to effectively address this challenge through legal means,such as clarifying the legal responsibilities of employers and strengthening the supervision mechanisms of various depart-ments,in order to effectively safeguard women’s equal employment rights.
