摘　　要：高校生涯教育能够帮助学生充分发展个人能力、实现自身价值和社会价值是立德树人、就业育人的重要环节,越来越受到重视。现阶段生涯教育的理论和方法大多借鉴西方经验,随着全球一体化和合作交流的不断深入,高校生涯教育本土化成为一个备受关注的议题。本文旨在探索高校生涯教育本土化的涵义、意义、现存问题和主要任务,以期为相关研究和实践提供参考。College career education refers to a series of educational activities carried out in order to help students fully develop their personal abilities,as well as realize their own value and social value.It is an important link of moral cultivation and employment education,and has aroused widely public concern.At present,the theories and methods of career education mostly draw on western experiences.With the deepening of global integration and cooperation,the localization of career education in colleges and universities has become a topic of great concern.This paper aims to explore the meaning,significance,present problems and future tasks of localizing college career education,in order to provide references for related research and practice.
