摘 要:高质量发展背景下数字经济的新引擎地位不仅取决于自身发展水平,更受到与人力资本匹配质量的影响。基于耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数等方法,研究2007—2020年中国数字经济与人力资本匹配水平的时空演变与区域差异。研究发现:中国数字经济与人力资本匹配水平总体偏低且呈波动下降趋势,东部沿海省份匹配水平明显高于其他省份;人力资本相对发展滞后是制约两者匹配水平提升的关键原因;数字经济与人力资本匹配水平的区域差异逐渐缩小,但东部地区与东北地区之间的差异正在增大,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源。In the context of high-quality development,the role of the digital economy as a new engine is influenced not only by its development level but also by the quality of its match with human capital.Using methods such as the coupling coordination degree model and the Dagum Gini coefficient,this study examined the spatiotemporal evolution of and regional differences in the matching level of China's digital economy and human capital from 2007 to 2020.The study finds:(1)the overall matching level of China's digital economy and human capital is relatively low,showing a fluctuating downward trend:(2)the matching level in the eastern coastal provinces is significantly higher than that in other provinces;(3)the relative lag in human capital development is identified as a key constraint in improving the matching level between the two;(4)although regional differences in the matching level of the digital economy and human capital are gradually narrowing,the gap between the eastern regions and the northeastern regions is widening;(5)regional differences are the main source of overall disparity.
