摘 要:从文明视角看,中华传统礼治秩序与西方基督教世界至近代时期之秩序存在范式性差异,前者以自愿性与异质兼容性为基本特征和价值追求,而后者则以强制性与同质排他性为特征和价值取向。中华传统礼治秩序具有兼容性、差序性与关系性的特征。新中国成立以来,中国的外交理念与实践赋予了这些特征以当代意义,逐步建立起兼具传统礼治秩序核心特征与当代国际秩序核心要素的新礼治秩序。新礼治秩序是在当代国际秩序的大框架下展开的,是当代国际秩序的组成部分。不同于西方秩序的封闭性和排他性,新礼治秩序强调包容性与开放性。对新礼治秩序的研究分析为考察和论证中国的国际秩序观、对外政策,以及中国与当代秩序的关系模式等问题提供了新的解释路径。From a civilizational perspective,the traditional Chinese Li-based order and the Western Christian world order up to the modern era exhibit paradigmatic differences.The former is characterized by voluntariness and heterogeneous compatibility as its basic characteristics and value pursuit,while the latter is marked by coerciveness and homogeneous exclusivity.The traditional Chinese Li-based order is distinguished by its compatibility,hierarchical differentiation,and relationality.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's diplomatic concepts and practices have endowed these characteristics with contemporary significance,gradually establishing a new Li-based order that integrates the core characteristics of the traditional Libased order with the core elements of the contemporary international order.This new Li-based order is developed within the broader framework of the contemporary international order and is thus an integral part of it.Unlike the closedness and exclusivity of the Western order,the new Li-based order emphasizes inclusiveness and openness.Research and analysis of this new Li-based order offers a new explanatory path for examining and demonstrating China's view of international order,foreign policy,and the relationshippmodebletween Chinaand the contemporary international order.
