摘　　要：为解决传统资产绩效管理方法所存在的问题,如缺乏健全的资产绩效管理体系、评价指标选择不合理以及资产绩效管理手段单一等,本文提出一种基于数据分析的资产绩效管理机制构建路径,以数据分析技术在资产绩效管理中的作用为研究切入点,并整合国有资产管理信息系统数据,在此基础上建立资产绩效管理评价指标体系,依据最终评价结果,为构建健全且有效的资产绩效管理机制提供科学依据,旨在突破传统资产管理模式局限性,促进资产绩效管理工作水平进一步提升。To solve the problems of traditional asset performance management methods,such as the lack of a sound asset performance management system,unreasonable selection of evaluation indicators,and single asset performance management methods,this article proposes a path for constructing an asset performance management mechanism based on data analysis,taking the role of data analysis technology in asset performance management as the research entry point,and integrat-ing data from state-owned asset management information systems.Based on this,an asset per-formance management evaluation index system is established.Based on the final evaluation re-sults,scientific basis is provided to build a sound and effective asset performance management mechanism,aiming to break through the limitations of traditional asset management models and promote the further improvement of asset performance management work level.
