摘 要:日本作为少子化国家,摸索出了适应自身的生育配套服务运行体系。日本通过为各类婴幼儿保育所设置规范的准入机制,探索多元的存在形式和数字化的运营监管,扩展信息公开、临时照护、家庭育儿支援、托幼衔接等多样的服务功能,并与育儿支援政策相呼应,促进了各地各类婴幼儿保育所井然有序地运行,缓解了家庭的育儿压力。As a country facing a declining birthrate,Japan has developed a comprehensive system of support services for childbearing and child-rearing that meets its own needs.Japan has explored diverse forms of operation,including digitized management and regulation,expanded information disclosure,family support,temporary care,and linkage between daycare services,by setting up standardized admission mechanisms for all types of infant and toddler care centers.These diverse service functions have promoted the orderly operation of infant and toddler care centers across the country and are in line with other child-rearing support policies,alleviating the parenting pressure on ordinary families.
