健脾解毒汤对复发性口腔溃疡患者中医证候积分及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾解毒汤对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者中医证候积分及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月长沙市口腔医院收治的ROU患者120例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组服用康复新液,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾解毒汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群[CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)]及临床疗效、ROU复发情况。结果治疗后,两组溃疡疼痛、溃疡面积、睡眠障碍及溃疡充血面积评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NKT高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月、1年,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用健脾解毒汤治疗ROU临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高免疫功能,减少复发。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on TCM syndrome score and immune function of patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods A total of 120 patients with ROU admitted to Changsha Stomatological Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random envelope method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu Xin solution,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome scores,T lymphocyte subsets[CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer T cells(NKT)],clinical efficacy and ROU recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of ulcer pain,ulcer area,sleep disorder and ulcer congestion area in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and NKT in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Jiedu Decoction has remarkable clinical effect in treating ROU,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve immune function and reduce recurrence.
