摘　　要：以整体智治为切入点,阐释该模式对城市社区体育治理的契合性,并从治理目标、治理主体、治理机制、治理手段、治理功能及治理评价6个维度进行逻辑理路阐释。认为,整体智治在社区体育治理中的应用面临治理任务变相加码、治理成果享有非均衡性、传统政府管理回归及数字工具技术迷误的潜在风险。为保障整体智治在社区体育治理中的有效运行,提出:强化党建引领,优化治理责任机制;坚持行动共治,保障治理利益平衡;实现机制共创,加强技术孵化、监管与预警;注重价值共识,勘正数治工具应用,以保障整体智治在社区体育治理中的有效运行。Taken the concept of"holistic intelligent governance"as the starting point,the compatibility between the model and community sport governance is explained,and its logic is elaborated from six dimensions of governance objective,subject,mechanism,means,function and evaluation.The application of holistic intelligent governance in community sport governance is still faced with potential risks,including the disguised reinforcement of governance tasks,unbalanced governance results sharing,return of traditional"management"and technical errors of digital tools.It is necessary to enforce the practical strategies from the following four aspects,that is,to strengthen the guidance of Party building and optimize the governance responsibility mechanism,insist on the action cogovernance and ensure the balance of interests between the governance subjects,realize the mechanism co-creation and strengthen the technology incubation,supervision and early warning,focus on the value consensus,and correct the digital governance tools application,in order to ensure the effective operation of the holistic intelligent governance in community sport governance.
