摘  要:为增强Cu_(2)O对模拟染料甲基橙(methyl orange,MO)的降解效果,采用液相还原法制备了Pr、Zn共掺杂Cu_(2)O光催化材料。通过X射线衍射仪(X–ray diffractometer,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计(ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy,UV–Vis)等技术手段表明:Pr和Zn共掺杂Cu_(2)O光催化剂的平均晶粒尺寸相较于纯Cu_(2)O的略微减小,表现为颗粒尺寸的缩小和表面的活性位点增加;Pr、Zn的掺入降低了Cu_(2)O的带隙和光生电子–空穴对复合率,表现为更好的光催化性能。在对MO的降解实验中,75 min时PZ3-Cu_(2)O对20 mg/L MO的降解效果最佳,降解率达到89.87%,且经过5次循环使用后其降解率仍保持在85%以上。研究得出,共掺杂改性后的Cu_(2)O是一种有较高光催化活性且稳定的光催化剂。Pr and Zn co-doped Cu_(2)O photocatalytic materials were prepared by a liquid-phase reduction method to enhance the degradation of the simulated dye methyl orange(MO)by Cu_(2)O.The Pr and Zn co-doped Cu_(2)O photocatalysts were evaluated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).UV-Vis showed that the average grain size of the prepared Pr and Zn co-doped Cu_(2)O photocatalysts decreased slightly compared with that of pure Cu_(2)O,showing a reduction in particle size and an increase in the active sites on the surface,the doping of Pr and Zn reduced the band gap and photogenerated electron-hole pair complexation rate of Cu_(2)O,showing better photocatalytic performance.In the degradation experiments on MO,the best degradation effect of PZ3-Cu_(2)O on 20 mg/L MO was achieved at 75 min with 89.87%degradation rate,remaining over 85%after five cycles.The study shows that the co-doped Cu_(2)O is a high photocatalytic activity and stable photocatalyst with promising application in the treatment of MO wastewater.
