摘　　要：在制盐蒸发装置生产管理过程中对延长装置生产周期的主要影响因素进行了研究分析,本文针对加热室管内流速、卤水杂质、管内料液固液比、末效真空度等进行优化、探索、追求,从而达到延长制盐蒸发装置生产周期的目标,提高了设备生产能力和产量。In the process of production management of salt evaporation unit,the main influencing factors of prolonging the production cycle of the unit were studied and analyzed.In this paper,the flow rate in the heating chamber,brine impurities,solid-liquid ratio in the tube,the final effect vacuum degree were optimized,explored and pursued,so as to achieve the goal of extending the production cycle of the salt evaporation device and improve the production capacity and output of the equipment.
