摘  要:甘肃省兰州市七里河区西部欢乐园内地热勘探井2501.63m,采用水源钻机TSJ3000,钻遇地层中遇到石膏地层300多米,对泥浆造成严重破坏。在石膏地层通过对泥浆进行合理的调控,预防了缩径卡钻事故。在1900~2300m期间进尺慢,钻头胎体磨损严重,通过取芯分析,对地层进行判断选出合适的钻头。本文通过对K1井施工工艺的探讨,为以后在兰州地区地热井施工提供宝贵的经验。The thermal exploration well 2501.63m in Joy Garden,West of Qilihe District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,was drilled with water source drilling rig TSJ3000.The gypsum stratum was more than 300m in drilling,which caused serious damage to the mud.Through reasonable control of mud in gypsum formation,the accident of reducing diameter and sticking is prevented.During 1900-2300m,the penetration rate was slow and the bore of the drill head was seriously worn.Through coring analysis,the formation was judged and the appropriate bit was selected.Through the discussion of the construction technology of K1 well,this paper provides valuable experience for the construction of geothermal well in Lanzhou area.
