摘  要:本研究基于抽检大数据,开展了对国内近10年猪肉产品的总体安全状况及各指标风险程度的全面分析。结果表明,国内猪肉产品的抽检总体合格率为99.50基本表现出逐年上升的趋势;区域经济水平与食品安全状况间存在显著关联,农村地区的不合格率略高于城市,各省份的不合格率与其居民经济水平成反比;超市和食堂的不合格率低于其他经营业态。不合格样本涉及22个项目,多种兽药残留、非食用物质等有不同程度检出。本研究充分展现了食品安全监管大数据的显著优势,相较于同类研究具有样本基数庞大、数据权威、针对性强等特点,为大数据时代下食品安全的社会共治探索提供了全新的视角和思路。Based on the large-scale inspection data,this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis of the general safety status of domestic pork products in the past 10 years and the risk degree of each index.Results show that the overallqualified rate of domestic pork products was 99.50?basically showing a trend of increasing year by year.There was a significant correlation between regional economic level and food safety status,with the unqualified rate in rural areas slightly higher than that in urban areas.The unqualified rate of various provinces was inversely proportional to the economic level of their residents.The unqualified rate of supermarkets and canteens was lower than that of other business forms.Unqualified samples involved 22 items,in which multiple veterinary drug residues,non-food substances were detected to varying degrees.This study fully demonstrates the significant advantages ofbig data in food safety supervision.Compared with similar studies,it has the characteristics of a large sample base,authoritative data,and strong pertinence,providing a new perspective and approach for exploring social co-governance of food safety in the era of big data.
