摘　　要：本文研究了高校心理健康教育课程标准化与社会适应性之间的关系。通过文献综述和案例分析,发现标准化教育课程可以提高教学内容的科学性和规范性,而社会适应性则能够使课程更贴近学生需求和社会实际情况。本研究认为,标准化与社会适应性相辅相成,相互促进,在高校心理健康教育中具有重要意义。未来的研究可深入探讨课程内容与社会需求的结合方式,关注教师在教育中的作用,以及利用新技术提升课程质量等方面,为高校心理健康教育的发展提供更多启示。This paper studies the relationship between curriculum standardization of mental health education and social adaptability in colleges and universities.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,it is found that standardized education curriculum can improve the scientific and normative teaching content,and social adaptability can make the curriculum closer to the needs of students and the actual situation of society.This study believes that standardization and social adaptability complement each other and promote each other,which is of great significance in college mental health education.Future studies can further explore the combination of curriculum content and social needs,pay attention to the role of teachers in education,and use new technologies to improve curriculum quality,so as to provide more enlightenment for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities.
