摘  要:以‘津郁’葡萄为材料,调查赤霉素(GA_(3))对花序的拉长效果,并探讨GA_(3)和氯吡脲(CPPU)对其无核化及果实品质的影响。结果表明,新梢5~6片叶时(花前15 d),用6 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)喷洒花序得到的果穗最长;各处理对葡萄无核化和果实品质影响不同,其中盛花后3 d用25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+2.5 mg·L_(-1)CPPU、盛花后15 d用25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+5.0 mg·L_(-1)CPPU的两次处理的果实无核率最高;从果实综合性状来看,各处理均优于对照,其中盛花后3 d用25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)浸蘸花穗、盛花后15 d用50.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+5.0 mg·L_(-1)CPPU再次处理的效果最好,表现为果穗紧凑、果粒均匀。本试验可为‘津郁’葡萄高品质生产提供参考。Using'Jinyu'grapes as material,to investigate the effect of gibberellin(GA_(3))on inflorescence lengthening,and the effects of GA_(3)and chlorpyriuren(CPPU)on its seedlessness and fruit quality.The results showed that the longest cluster of fruit was obtained by spraying 6 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)in inflorescence at 5-6 leaves(15 d before flowering).All treatments had different effects on grape seedlessness and fruit quality,among the treatment with 25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+2.5 mg·L_(-1)CPPU dipping cluster at three days after flowering,and 25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+5.0 mg·L_(-1)CPPU dipping cluster again at fifteen days after flowering had the highest seedless rate.From the comprehensive characteristics of fruits,each treatment was better than the control,among the treatment of 25.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)dipping cluster at three days after flowering,and 50.0 mg·L_(-1)GA_(3)+5.0 mg·L_(-1)CPPU dipping cluster at fifteen days after flowering had the best effect,appeared that berries were compact and uniform.This experiment can provide reference for the high-quality production of'Jinyu'grapes.
