摘 要:Amanita pseudoporphyria Hongo(APH)is a toxic mushroom containing Amanita toxin that is notably associated with liver and kidney function impairment.[1]Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a severe stage of coronary heart disease that can cause sudden death and is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity across the world.[2]The incidence rate of myocardial injury caused by accidental ingestion of APH is very low.In this study,we aimed to report 11 patients who had varying degrees of myocardial injury, reduced heart function, and even cardiac arrest after accidental ingestion of APH.
