摘 要:南方地区粮食安全储藏的最大影响因素是高温。高温季节,阳光辐射通过高大平房仓拱顶将热量传导到粮面致使粮堆温度上升较快,因此控制拱顶的温度是控温储粮的重要环节。通过对高大平房仓高温季节的气温、仓房拱顶温度、仓内表层粮温开展试验对比,探索了一种利用温差进行拱顶智能控温方式,以达到高效节能的控温储粮目标。High temperature stands out as the primary influencer affecting the food security of grain storage in the southern Chinese region.Sunlight radiation transmits heat onto the grain surface through the arches of large flat warehouses,leading to a rapid rise in the temperature of the grain pile.Thus,regulating the temperature of the arches is pivotal in temperature-controlled grain storage.This study examined and compared the operation modes of conventional temperature control for arched roof in large flat warehouses:Additionally,it explores an intelligent temperature control method for the arched roof using temperature differences,with the aim of achieving efficient and energy-saving temperature-controlled grain storage.
