产教融合背景下高职药学类专业双创人才培养模式实践研究——以黑龙江生态工程职业学院为例

摘　　要：通过深入分析当前职业教育社会地位、方针政策、医药行业发展现状,针对目前高职院校药学类专业双创人才培养存在的问题,结合学院药学类专业人才培养实际情况,进行基于产教融合、校企合作背景下药学类专业双创人才培养模式的探索与实践。通过以产教融合为基础修订人才培养方案及课程体系,以学科竞赛为导向、以科研项目为载体促进教学研创相融合,提升教师双创意识等途径,药学类专业高素质双创型技术技能人才培养初见成效。Through an in-depth analysis of the current social status,guidelines and policies of vocational education,and the development status of the pharmaceutical industry,in view of the current problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in pharmacy majors in higher vocational colleges,at the same time,combined with the actual situation of the training of pharmacy professionals in the college,the exploration and practice of the training model of pharmaceutical professional entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship talents based on the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation were carried out.Revise the talent training plan and curriculum system based on the integration of industry and education,taking discipline competitions as the guide and promote the integration of teaching,learning,scientific research and innovation with scientific research projects as the carrier and enhance teachers’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,the cultivation of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial technical talents in pharmacy has achieved initial results.
