摘　　要：平台经济的兴起伴随着发展不平衡的挑战。文章在构建平台经济发展评价指标体系的基础上,利用2013—2022年中国行业—地区层面数据探讨平台经济发展对行业工资差距的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:平台经济发展对行业工资差距的影响显著为正,且呈“倒U”型特征,但目前仍未跨越拐点。机制分析表明,平台经济通过提高劳动生产率进而影响行业工资差距。异质性分析发现,平台经济对行业工资差距的影响在中西部地区比在东部地区的影响效应更大;对信息传输、教育、科学研究等行业的工资水平影响效应显著为正;在收入水平较低的情况下其影响效应显著为正。进一步分析发现,平台信息服务、平台交易水平对行业工资差距有显著的正向影响。因此,政府需要加强政策引导,发挥平台经济的作用,实现更加充分更高质量的就业。The rise of the platform economy is accompanied by the challenge of uneven development.Drawing on the establishment of the evaluation index system for platform economy development,this essay explores the impact of platform economy development on wage disparities across industries and the underlying mechanisms using data collected at the industry-region level in China spanning from 2013 to 2022.Research findings:The development of the platform economy has had a notable positive influence on wage disparities across industries,exhibiting an“inverted U”characteristics.However,it has not reached the inflection point as of yet.Mechanism analysis shows that the platform economy affects wage disparities across industries by increasing labor productivity.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of the platform economy on wage disparities across industries is more pronounced in the central and western regions compared to the eastern regions.Furthermore,the platform economy has a notably positive effect on wage levels within sectors such as information transmission,education,and scientific research.Additionally,its impact is significantly positive in instances of lower income brackets.Further analysis indicates that platform information services and platform transaction levels have a notable positive impact on wage disparities across industries.Consequently,the government need to enhance policy guidance,harness the potential of the platform economy,and promote more comprehensive and higher-quality employment opportunities.
