摘  要:选取2022年9月—2023年2月进入三峡大学附属仁和医院进行临床操作技能学习的64名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在正常教学的基础上再进行3D及VR视频互动学习,对照组采用传统的教学模式。结果表明,实验组的理论知识和实践操作技能成绩、运用综合知识能力成绩及教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。为此,3D及VR视频互动教学法应用于临床操作技能训练教学能取得良好的教学效果,可提升学生对知识的掌握及应用能力及对教学模式的满意度。Sixty-four students who entered Renhe Hospital affiliated to Three Gorges University for clinical operation skills learning from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught by 3D and VR video interactive learning on the basis of normal teaching,while the control group followed traditional teaching mode.The results showed that the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills,comprehensive knowledge ability and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of 3D and VR video interactive teaching method in clinical operation skills training can achieve good teaching effect,which can improve students'knowledge mastery and application ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode.
