摘　　要：推进新时代高职院校思想政治工作是落实立德树人根本任务的现实要求。新时代高职院校思想政治工作面临新形势、新任务和学生成长成才的新特点。当前高职院校思想政治工作主要存在方式创新不够、师资建设不力、主渠道不畅以及协同机制不全等突出问题。推进思想政治工作,高职院校必须在重塑育人理念、提高队伍水平、实施德技并修和协同联动四个层面精准发力,有效应对,着力推动思想政治工作提质增效。Promoting the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges in the new era is the realistic requirement of fostering virtue through education.The ideological and political work is facing new situations,new tasks,and new characteristics of students'growth and success in higher vocational colleges in the new era.At present,there are some prominent problems such as insufficient innovation in methods,weak teacher construction,poor main channels and incomplete coordination mechanism.To promote the ideological and political work,higher vocational colleges must make precise efforts and respond effectively at the four levels which including reshaping the concept of education,improving the level of the team,implementing moral and technical training and coordinated linkage in order to strive to promote the quality and efficiency of ideological and political work.
