摘 要:在对国内外积极心理品质已有研究进行梳理的基础上,借鉴该领域的相关研究成果,采用孟万金团队编制的中国大学生积极心理品质量表,以上海具有代表性的六所高校在校大学生为研究对象进行测量。结果发现,大学生积极心理品质在各个维度上的发展是不均衡的,其中对大学生积极心理品质影响最为显著的是课程活动。根据调查测量与实地访谈情况,归结大学生积极心理品质培育存在的问题并分析问题产生的原因。最后,结合已有研究成果,从实施积极心理品质培育课程、加强学校积极心理品质培育工作的组织管理、健全和优化教育工作队伍、提升父母的积极素养与品质、提升大学生自我塑造能力等方面探索可操作性的培育路径。Based on the review of the existing research on positive psychological quality at home and abroad,and drawing on the relevant research results in this field,this study adopts the Chinese College Students’Positive Psychological Quality Scale developed by Meng Wanjin team to measure the students from six representative colleges and universities in Shanghai.The results show that the development of college students’positive psychological quality is uneven in all latitudes.Among them,curriculum activities have the most significant impact on college students’positive psychological quality.According to the survey and field interview,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of college students’positive psychological quality,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,combined with the research results,this paper explores the operable cultivation path from the aspects of implementing the positive psychological quality cultivation curriculum,strengthening the organization and management of school positive psychological quality cultivation,perfecting and optimizing the education team,improving parents’positive literacy and quality,and improving college students’self shaping ability.
