面向公安实战的民法总论课程反向教学策略探讨

摘　　要：在服务公安实战的总体导向下,针对民法总论课程面临的概念多难理解、与公安工作关联度低、思政元素挖掘不够从而制约课程育人功能等三大共性问题,可采取反向教学策略进行改善。一是进行反向教学设计,以民法分则的案例或实例为起点,引导学生先认知情景,再认知概念;二是运用体系化思维教学法,以民法总论为主干构建民法学体系,培养体系化民法思维;三是以特定公安执法的需求为导向,对案例进行“合目的性”剪裁,达成应用目标;四是多点结合提升课程思政育人功能。在上述策略下,本课程能够克服共性问题,具有反向教学法、公安民法案例库、多点结合思政育人法等课程特色和创新性,能够有效达成“知识-能力-素养”的课程目标,亦有助于公安院校民法学一流学科的建设。Under the overall guidance of serving practical policing,this paper discusses the adoption of reverse teaching strategies to address the three common issues faced by the course of General Principles of Civil Law:the difficulty in understanding numerous concepts,the low relevance to policing work,and the insufficient excavation of ideological and political elements,which restrict the educational function of the course.The proposed strategies include:first,implementing reverse teaching design,starting with cases or examples from the Specific Provisions of Civil Law to guide students to first understand the situation before grasping the concepts;second,utilizing systematic thinking teaching methods to construct a civil law system centered on the General Principles of Civil Law,fostering a systematic civil law mindset;third,tailoring cases according to the needs of specific police law enforcement,aiming for"purpose-oriented"application;and fourth,enhancing the ideological and political education function of the course through multi-point integration.Under these strategies,the course can overcome common issues,featuring reverse teaching methods,a case library specific to police civil law,and multi-faceted ideological and political education,effectively achieving the curriculum objectives of"knowledgeability-quality"and contributing to the development of first-class disciplines in civil law at police academies.
