摘  要:以总体国家安全观涵育新工科人才,是新时代国家安全形势下培养人才的现实需求,是落实立德树人根本任务、建设教育强国的内在要求,也是新工科人才培养服务高质量发展的必然要求。筑牢以人民为中心的价值根基,锻造坚定理想信念与意志品质,提升战略思维能力与科研创新能力,是以总体国家安全观涵育新工科人才的施力要点。以“教师思政+国防资源”为突破口打造全员育人责任链,以“科教供给+青年需求”为双线路构建全过程育人价值链,以“文化浸润+精准思政”为建设网绘制全方位育人实效链,是以总体国家安全观涵育新工科人才的“三全育人”有效路径。Cultivating new eng ineering talents with the overall national security concept is a realistic demand for cultivating talents under the national security situation in the new era,an inherent requirement for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue and building a strong country in education,and an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of new engineering talent training services.Building a people-centered value foundation,forging firm ideals,beliefs and will,and improving strategic thinking ability and scientific research and innovation ability are the key points for cultivating new engineering talents with the overall national security concept.With"teacher ideology and politics+national defense resources"as the breakthrough point to build a responsibility chain for the education of whole employees,with the dual line of"science and education supply+youth demand"to build a value chain for whole-process education,and with"cultural infiltration+precise ideological and political education"as the construction network to draw a whole education effect chain,it is an effective path of"three-whole education"to cultivate new engineering talents with the overall national security concept.
