摘　　要：肠易激综合征是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,其中便秘型肠易激综合征在我国最为常见且危害最大。从预防、早期识别、诊断、自我调护、中医特色治疗等方面科普便秘型肠易激综合征知识,并为患者提供更好的诊疗方案。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional gastrointestinal disease.Constipated irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C)is the most common and harmful in China.This article popularizes the knowledge of constipated irritable bowel syndrome from prevention,early identification,diagnosis,self-care,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and provides better treatment plan for the patients.
