摘 要:目的:探索医疗人才组团式援藏背景下拉萨市患者对援藏医生医疗服务的满意度及其影响因素,为优化今后的援藏工作提供参考。方法:2021年12月21-25日,选取在拉萨市人民医院和自治区人民医院有援藏医生支援的科室住院患者作为研究对象。通过问卷调查,从专业技术水平、诊疗服务态度、主动沟通意愿和职业素养4个维度分析患者对援藏医生医疗服务的满意度及其影响因素。结果:共纳入339名研究对象。患者对援藏医生医疗服务的总体满意度均值为47.63分,各维度的满意度得分均在11分以上。在调整了混杂因素后,儿科患者对援藏医生医疗服务的总体满意度比内科患者低36%。具体来看,在专业技术水平上,外科、妇产科和儿科患者对于援藏医生医疗服务的满意度较内科患者分别低15%、27%和35%。妇产科患者对医生主动沟通意愿方面的满意度较内科患者低21%。外科和妇产科患者对医生职业素养的满意度较内科患者分别低15%和20%。结论:患者对援藏医生职业素养、主动沟通意愿和专业技术水平方面的满意度较高,对诊疗服务态度方面的满意度较低。内科患者对医生医疗服务的满意程度较其他科室高,儿科患者满意度最低。在未来的援藏工作中,应重点改善医生的诊疗服务态度,并持续改善儿科的设施、技术设备和人员配备情况,以优化组团式援藏工作。Objective:To explore patient satisfaction with medical services of doctors in Lhasa and its influencing factors under the background of medical personnel group supporting Xizang,so as to provide references for optimizing future medical assistance in Xizang.Methods:Patients hospitalized in departments with medical assistance from supporting doctors at Lhasa People's Hospital and the Autonomous Region People's Hospital(from December 21 to 25,2021)were selected as the study subjects.Through a questionnaire survey,patient satisfaction with medical services and its influencing factors were explored from four dimensions including professional technical level,diagnosis and treatment service attitude,willingness for active communication and professional quality.Results:A total of 339 subjects were included.The mean score for overall patient satisfaction with medical services was 47.63 points,with satisfaction scores for all dimensions above 11 points.After adjusting for confounding factors,patient satisfaction with pediatricians was 36%lower than that with internists.Specifically,satisfaction with the professional technical level of surgeons,obstetricians and gynecologists,and pediatricians was 15%,27%,and 35%lower than that of internists,respectively.The willingness for active communication in obstetrics and gynecology was 21%lower than that in internal medicine.The professional quality scores of surgeons and obstetricians and gynecologists were 15%and 20%lower than those of internists,respectively.Conclusion:Patients expressed higher satisfaction with the professional quality,willingness for active communication,and professional technical level of medical assistance doctors,but lower satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment service attitude.Patient satisfaction with internal medicine was higher compared to other departments,while satisfaction with pediatrics was the lowest.In future medical assistance work,emphasis should be placed on improving the diagnosis and treatment service attitude of doctors and continuously i
