摘  要:提出了一种基于拉格朗日方程的恒压变量航空柱塞泵主轴和斜盘耳轴驱动力矩分析方法。针对柱塞泵主轴和斜盘耳轴旋转2个运动自由度,不考虑柱塞/转子、柱塞/滑靴、滑靴/斜盘、转子/主轴4对刚体约束副之间的约束力,建立了斜盘和主轴的动力学分析方程组。航空柱塞泵通常设计为具有斜盘偏心距和交错角的特殊结构。在运动学特性分析基础上,对主轴和斜盘耳轴驱动转矩进行了计算,并分析了斜盘交错角和偏心距对斜盘驱动力矩的影响。最后,通过对比理论方法和试验结果,证明了所提方法的准确性和有效性。与传统力学分析的解析方法及基于仿真模型的仿真方法相比,拉格朗日方法快捷、高效、结果准确,可用于航空柱塞泵的脉动、振动、寿命分析以及故障诊断和质量状态评估。A driving torque analysis method of constant pressure variable aviation piston pump shaft and swash plate shaft based on Lagrange equation is proposed.According to the two degrees of freedom of motion of the piston pump shaft and the swash plate shaft,the dynamic analysis equation system of the swash plate and the shaft is established without considering the constraint forces between the four pairs of rigid body constraint pairs of piston/cylinder,piston/slipper,slipper/swash plate and cylinder/shaft.Aviation piston pumps are usually designed with a special construction with swash plate eccentricity and cross angle.Based on the analysis of kinematic characteristics,the driving torques of the main shaft and the swash plate shaft are calculated,and the effects of the swash plate cross angle and eccentricity on the driving torque of the swash plate are analyzed.Finally,by comparing the theoretical and experimental results,the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed analysis method are proved.Compared with traditional mechanical analysis methods and simulation methods,the Lagrange method is faster,more efficient and more accurate,and can be used for pulsation analysis,vibration analysis,life analysis,fault diagnosis and quality status assessment of aviation piston pumps.
