摘  要:针对当前增深硅油乳液稳定性不佳、整理织物撕裂强力显著降低的问题,合成了增深硅油乳液,并研究了其乳液稳定性、增深整理工艺条件及应用性能。结果表明:该增深硅油乳液具有优异的乳液稳定性,较优的应用工艺条件为质量浓度30~60g/L、焙烘温度140~180℃、焙烘时间为60~100s。其在黑色涤纶织物上增深率最高(88.50%)、撕裂强力几乎无损失,且具有优异耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和手感,市场应用前景良好。In order to improve the poor stability of deepening silicone oil emulsion and significant reduction of tearing strength of fabrics after finished,a deepening silicone oil emulsion is prepared and its emulsion stabili-ty,finishing conditions and application properties are studied.The results show that the prepared deepening sili-cone oil emulsion possesses excellent emulsion stability,and the optimal application conditions are as follows:mass concentration of the deepening agent is 30~60 g/L,and baked at temperature of 140-180℃for 60-100 s.The black polyester fabric possesses the highest deepening rate of 88.50%and the lowest tearing strength.Meanwhile,the fabric also features excellent rubbing and washing fastness and good hand feel,which exhibit-ing a good market application prospect.
