摘　　要：肝脏具有显著的再生能力,是恢复肝功能的关键,但在严重或慢性肝损伤的情况下,这种再生能力会受到限制。因此,寻找促进肝脏再生的新方法具有重要的临床意义。近年来,肠道菌群作为一个新的研究领域引起了科学界的广泛关注。肠道菌群不仅影响消化系统的健康,还通过"肠-肝轴"对肝脏功能产生重要影响。越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群的失衡与多种肝脏疾病的发展有关,对肠道菌群的调节可以成为治疗肝病的潜在手段。研究肠道菌群在肝再生中的作用不仅有助于我们深入理解肝脏疾病的发病机制,还可能为开发新的治疗策略提供基础。The liver's remarkable regenerative capacity is crucial to restore its function,which can be compromised in cases of severe or chronic liver injury.Thus,the search of new methods to promote liver regeneration is of great clinical importance.In recent years,the gut microbiota is an emerging field of research that attracts the scientific community.The gut microbiota not only affects the integrity of digestive system but also exerts a significant impact on liver function via the so-called"gut-liver axis".Increasing evidence suggests that an imbalance in gut microbiota is associated with the development of various liver diseases,and modulation of gut microbiota might be a potential cure for liver diseases.Research into the role of gut microbiota in liver regeneration not only help us understand the pathogenesis of liver diseases but also facilitate the development of new therapeutic strategies.
