摘  要:为打破原有实验教学的壁垒,本文将科研前沿与药剂学实验相结合,开展实验创新改革,以提高学生的创新能力与动手能力。首先,采用模具法制备木犀草素可溶性微针,然后对其显微形态、皮肤穿刺性能、载药量及体外透皮性能进行考察。本实验可以锻炼学生制备可溶性微针的能力和创新能力,并掌握高效液相色谱仪等仪器设备的使用,认识微针的微观结构,拓宽学生的科研视野,提升科学素养。To break the barriers of the original experimental teaching,this paper combines the advanced scientific research with pharmaceutics experiment to carry out experimental innovation and reform,so as to improve students’innovative ability and practical ability.Firstly,dissolvable microneedles loaded with luteolin were prepared by mold method,and then the micromorphology,mechanical strength,skin puncture performance,drug loading and transdermal performance in vitro were investigated.This experiment can train students’ability and innovation ability to prepare dissolvable microneedles,master the use of high-performance liquid chromatography and other instruments and equipment,understand the microstructure of microneedles,broaden their scientific research horizon,and improve their scientific literacy.
