摘  要:通过GC-MS及体外功效等方法探究生活在北极高寒地区的极光玫瑰纯露的化学成分分析及其美容护肤功效。该玫瑰生活环境气候特点:高寒、山地、光照充足、水分充沛,采用超微粉碎技术及低温蒸馏工艺提取的玫瑰纯露,具有持久、深沉且独特的香甜芳香气味和多种营养成分。研究采用GC-MS、福林酚分光光度法测定玫瑰纯露中化学成分,共分析出70多种香气成分,总多酚成分含量为173.1mg/L。采用DPPH自由基、透明质酸酶、炎症因子清除/抑制试验及人永生化表皮角化细胞(HaCaT细胞)增殖实验等测定玫瑰纯露体外功效及48小时人体斑贴试验证明极光玫瑰纯露具有温和、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、舒缓、肌肤修护、提亮等多种护肤功效。By using GC-MS and in vitro efficacy methods,the chemical composition analysis and cosmetic and skincare effects of Aurora Rose Hydrosol,which lives in the high and cold regions of the Arctic,were explored.The climate characteristics of this rose's living environment are:high cold,mountainous,with sufficient sunlight and abundant water.The rose hydrosol extracted using ultra-fine crushing technology and low-temperature distillation process has a long-lasting,deep,and unique sweet aroma,as well as various nutritional components.The study used GC-MS and folinol spectrophotometry to determine the chemical components in rose hydrosol,and a total of 70 aroma components were analyzed,with a total polyphenol content of 173.1 mg/L.DPPH free radicals,hyaluronidase,inflammatory factor clearance/inhibition tests,and human immortalized epidermal keratinocytes(HaCaT cells)proliferation tests were used to determine the in vitro efficacy of rose hydrosol.The 48 hour human patch test proved that Aurora rose hydrosol has various skincare effects such as mild,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,soothing,skin repair,and brightening.
