摘 要:工业机器人是我国近年来大力发展的新工科专业之一,由于产业发展迅速、技术更新迭代快、专业设置时间短,目前专业教学中存在教学体系滞后、课程建设脱节等问题。基于工业机器人行业具体岗位的工作过程,以提升学生专业实践创新能力培养为目标,从明确人才培养目标、投放专业教学资讯、设置工作任务、丰富教学手段、加强校企合作等方面着手,进行专业教学模式改革,可有效解决人才培养体系层次性不足、能力培养目标模糊、岗位定位重复等问题,有利于实现专业教学、行业标准、岗位需求的精准对接,缓解行业结构性就业矛盾。The industrial robotics program is one of the emerging engineering disciplines that has seen rapid development in China in recent years.Due to the fast-paced industry growth,quick technology updates,and the relatively short establishment of the program,issues such as outdated teaching systems and disconnected curriculum have emerged in current education.By focusing on the work processes of specific positions in the industrial robotics industry and aiming to enhance students'practical and innovative abilities,reforms in the teaching model can be initiated.These reforms include clearly defining talent cultivation goals,providing professional teaching resources,setting up work tasks,enriching teaching methods,and strengthening collaboration between schools and enterprises.Such efforts can effectively address issues like the lack of structured talent cultivation systems,unclear skill development goals,and overlapping job roles.Ultimately,these reforms facilitate precise alignment between professional education,industry demands,and job standards,helping to alleviate the structural employment issues within the industry.
