摘 要:查阅文献,通过对核心蛋白聚糖抗肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、泌尿系统恶性肿瘤、其他恶性肿瘤的相关临床研究进行概述,指出核心蛋白聚糖无论是在体内过度表达还是作为重组蛋白均可抑制不同组织来源的恶性肿瘤细胞的生长,核心蛋白聚糖基因可能成为临床治疗多种恶性肿瘤的潜在靶点;核心蛋白聚糖作为一种新型药物治疗原发癌和转移癌具有很大的潜能;提取和人工合成核心蛋白聚糖,并通过适当的途径治疗肿瘤是今后研究的方向。After conducting a comprehensive review of the literature and summarizing relevant clinical research on decorin's impact on lung cancer,digestive system malignant tumors,urinary system malignant tumors,and other malignant tumors,it is evident that decorin has the ability to inhibit the growth of malignant tumor cells from various tissue sources.This inhibition occurs whether decorin is overexpressed in vivo or used as a recombinant protein.The decorin gene shows promise as a potential target for clinical treatment of different types of malignant tumors.Additionally,decorin has significant potential as a novel drug for treating both primary and metastatic cancers.Extracting and artificially synthesizing decorin to treat tumors through appropriate pathways represents an important direction for future research in this field.
