摘 要:为了解高校师生的信息焦虑状况,把握当前高校师生信息焦虑特征,快速识别风险人群并开展干预,在已有研究基础上完善高校师生信息焦虑量表,收集有效问卷1607份,并分析高校师生在疫情不同阶段的信息焦虑程度和维度及其转变。总体上高校师生中度及重度信息焦虑占比约为64.1%,在信息检索、信息加工和信息利用维度均值较高。大学生信息焦虑各维度均值在不同阶段均高于高校教师。进入2023年之后,高校教师信息焦虑程度有所减轻,各维度均值有所下降,但大学生重度信息焦虑占比显著增加,且各维度均值都显著增加。高校可为不同群体提供有侧重的引导,加强对重度信息焦虑的干预,重视信息检索、加工和利用维度的提升。This study aims to understand the status of information anxiety among university teachers and students,identify its characteristics,quickly recognize at-risk groups,and provide references for intervention strategies.Building on existing research,we refined the information anxiety scale for teachers and students,collecting 1,607 valid questionnaires.We analyzed the degree,dimensions,and changes in information anxiety among college teachers and students at different stages of the pandemic.Overall,approximately 64.0%of the participants experienced moderate to severe information anxiety,with higher mean values in information retrieval,information processing,and information utilization.Across different stages,university students exhibited higher mean values in all dimensions of information anxiety compared to university teachers.In the year 2023,the information anxiety levels among teachers decreased,along with a reduction in the mean values across all dimensions.However,the proportion of students with severe information anxiety and their mean values in all dimensions increased significantly.Universities should provide targeted guidance for different groups,strengthen interventions for severe information anxiety,and focus on enhancing information retrieval,processing,and utilization skills.
