摘 要:协同创新是弥补各地氢能产业创新资源不足、提升整体创新水平的有效途径。本文基于2000-2021年长三角氢能产业专利数据,从合作研发与技术转让两方面分析长三角氢能产业协同创新特征。研究发现:(1)长三角氢能产业协同创新水平不断上升,制氢环节协同创新水平较高,储氢、用氢环节居于其次,运氢加氢环节协同创新水平较低;(2)在长三角氢能产业协同创新网络中,企业参与协同创新水平远高于高校与科研院所;(3)长三角氢能产业协同创新网络呈现出以经济发达城市为核心、经济欠发达城市为边缘的“核心—边缘”结构,以及强强合作和等级层次性特征;(4)长三角氢能产业合作研发网络具有高度集聚性,呈现出“之”字形或菱形空间格局,而技术转让网络分布更广,欠发达城市参与技术转让合作的数量明显增多。最后,本文提出推进长三角氢能产业全链条协同创新、构建以龙头企业为主导的产学研协同创新体系、加强长三角氢能产业创新的跨区域协同、积极完善长三角氢能产业协同创新支持体系等建议。Collaborative innovation is an effective way to make up for the lack of innovation resources in hydrogen energy industry around the world and improve the overall innovation level.Based on the patent data of hydrogen energy industry in Yangtze River Delta(YRD)from 2000 to 2021,this paper analyzes the characteristics of collaborative innovation in hydrogen energy industry in YRD in terms of cooperative R&D and technology transfer.It is found that:(1)the level of co-innovation in the hydrogen energy industry in YRD has been rising,with a higher level of co-innovation in hydrogen production,followed by hydrogen storage and use,and a lower level of co-innovation in hydrogen transportation and hydrogen refueling.(2)The level of enterprises'participation in co-innovation is much higher than that of colleges and universities,and scientific research institutes in the co-innovation network of the hydrogen industry in YRD.(3)The co-innovation network of the hydrogen industry in YRD shows a‘core-edge’structure with economically developed cities as the core and economically less developed cities as the edge,as well as strong-strong co-operation and hierarchical characteristics.(4)The cooperative R&D network of the hydrogen energy industry in the Yangtze River Delta is highly agglomerative,showing a"zigzag"or diamond-shaped spatial pattern,while the distribution of the technology transfer network is wider,and the number of underdeveloped cities participating in technology transfer cooperation has increased significantly.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions,including promoting the whole chain of collaborative innovation,constructing an industry-university-research collaborative innovation system dominated by leading enterprises,strengthening crossregional collaboration,and actively improving the support system,and so on.
