摘 要:目的:建立并优化检测蔬菜中铅元素的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。方法:优化基体改进剂添加量、仪器灰化温度和原子化温度,并进行方法学验证实验。结果:最佳检测条件为选择5%硝酸钯溶液作为基体改进剂,使用量为5μL,灰化温度为800℃,原子化温度为1800℃。当铅含量在0~40.0μg·L^(-1)时,标准曲线方程为y=0.00479x+0.00487,相关系数R2=0.9997,说明线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.5μg·L^(-1),测定下限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1)。芹菜样品中3个水平的加标回收率为95.00%~98.33%,相对标准偏差为1.73%~8.67%。结论:本研究所建立的方法精密度和准确度较高,适用于蔬菜中铅含量的快速准确检测。Objective:To establish and optimize a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of lead in vegetables.Method:Optimize the amount of matrix modifier added,instrument ashing temperature,and atomization temperature,and conduct methodological validation experiments.Result:The optimal detection conditions were as follows:5%palladium nitrate solution was selected as the matrix modifier,with a dosage of 5μL,ashing temperature of 800℃,and atomization temperature of 1800℃.When the lead content is between 0μg·L^(-1)to 40.0μg·L^(-1),the standard curve equation is y=0.00479x+0.00487,and the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9997,indicating a good linear relationship.The detection limit of the method is 0.5μg·L^(-1),and the lower limit of determination is 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).The spiked recovery rates of the three levels in celery samples ranged from 95.00%to 98.33%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.73%to 8.67%.Conclusion:The method established in this study has high precision and accuracy,and is suitable for rapid and accurate detection of lead content in vegetables.
