摘　　要：当前,温州全市上下正大力推进大孵化器集群建设,这是温州落实习近平总书记考察浙江时提出“浙江要在以科技创新塑造发展新优势上走在全国前列”的具体实践。通过理解大孵化器集群建设对培育新质生产力的现实意义,进一步分析和总结温州大孵化器集群建设成效和经验,从而提出充分发挥政府和市场作用、推动产业链创新链融合、强化要素资源配置等方面的对策建议。At present,the whole city of Wenzhou is vigorously promoting the construction of large incubator clusters.This is concret practice of Wenzhou's implementation of President Xi Jinping's suggestion when he inspected Zhejiang that"Zhejiang must be at the forefront of the country in shaping new development advantages through scientific and technological innovation."By understanding the practical significance of the construction of large incubator clusters in cultivating new quality productivity,it analyzes and summarizes the effectiveness and experience of the construction of Wenzhou large incubator clusters,thereby proposes countermeasures and suggestions in fully leveraging the role of the government and market,promoting the integration of industrial chain innovation chains,and strengthening the allocation of factor resources.
