摘　　要：数字技术的应用与革新驱动现代口腔医学理论与实践的创新发展。扩展现实(Extended Reality,XR)技术是虚拟现实、增强现实和混合现实3种技术的统称,是现代多种尖端技术融合的产物,在口腔医学各个专科领域均开展了应用研究,推动了临床前教育和临床医疗的智能化、精准化和个性化发展。本文梳理了XR技术在口腔医学领域的应用现状,探讨了其优势与不足,并提出了未来完善该技术实践需要采取的对策,以期为口腔医学改革发展提供有益参考,促进多学科合作交流,推动现代医学进步。The application and innovation of digital technology drive the innovative development of modern stomatology theory and practice.Extended reality(XR)technology is a collective term for virtual reality,augmented reality,and mixed reality,which is the product of the integration of various cutting-edge technologies in modern times.It has been applied and researched in various specialized fields of stomatology,promoting the intelligent,precise,and personalized development of preclinical education and clinical medicine.This paper reviewed the current application status of XR technology in the field of stomatology,discussed its advantages and limitations,and proposed countermeasures needed to improve the practicality of this technology in the future,aiming to provide valuable references for the reform and development of stomatology,promote interdisciplinary cooperation,and advance modern medical progress.
