摘 要:类ChatGPT的迅速普及,在为图书馆带来发展机遇的同时,也给图书馆员带来了新的职业压力。文章基于JSM心理模型,分析类ChatGPT与图书馆员职业压力的生成机制及其影响,并提出干预措施。研究发现,类ChatGPT会使图书馆员的核心工作特征发生变化,进而对图书馆员职业的效能感、责任感等产生影响,导致其心理状态改变、产生职业压力;馆员心理契约破裂,也会带来组织整体效能下降以及知识传播范式扭曲等不良影响,因而需要从核心工作特征重塑、心理状态干预等角度阻断职业压力的传导。The rapid popularization of ChatGPT-like technologies,while bringing development opportunities to libraries,has also introduced new occupational stress for librarians.This article analyzes the generation mechanism of occupational stress for librarians in the context of ChatGPT-like technologies based on the JSM psychological model and proposes intervention measures.The study finds that ChatGPT-like technologies can change the core job characteristics of librarians,thereby affecting their sense of self-efficacy,experienced responsibility,and knowledge of work results.This leads to changes in their psychological state and ultimately results in occupational stress.This stress can lead to the breakdown of librarians psychological contracts,a decline in overall organizational effectiveness,and distortions in the paradigm of knowledge dissemination.To mitigate these adverse effects,interventions from the perspectives of reshaping core job characteristics and intervening in psychological states are necessary to block the transmission of occupational stress.
