摘 要:以美国《图书馆杂志》“年度图书馆员”奖为研究对象,运用网络调查法和案例分析法,剖析2019~2024年的获奖案例发现,获奖馆员及所在图书馆通过跨馆响应“阅读不设限”倡议,反对图书禁令、自下而上开展馆员间联动,应对图书馆的存续压力、注重社区基层馆员培训,推动社会公平等措施,应对美国图书馆界面临的主要挑战。建议国内图书馆借鉴相关经验做法,采取以评促发展,凸显图书馆核心价值;以培训促团队建设,增强馆员职业认同感;讲好“明星馆员”故事,盘活馆藏资源和服务;塑造“拓展型馆员”,深入社区服务等措施,推进图书馆事业高质量发展。Taking the“Librarian of the Year”award of the American Library Journal as the research object,using online survey methods and case analysis methods to analyze the award-winning cases from 2019 to 2024,this paper finds that by responding to cross-library“Books Unbanned Team”initiative,the award-winning librarians and their libraries oppose book bans,carry out bottom-up librarian linkage,respond to the pressure of library survival,focus on the training of community-based grassroots librarians,and promote social equity and other measures to deal with the main challenges facing the American library community.It is suggested that domestic libraries should learn from relevant experience:to promote development by evaluation and highlight the core value of libraries,promoting team building through training,enhancing librarians professional identity,telling the story of“star librarian”well,activating the collection resources and services,shaping“expanding librarians”,in-depth community services and other measures to promote the high-quality development of library.
