乳腺癌患者改良根治术后发生乳腺癌术后疼痛综合征的影响因素探析

摘　　要：目的探析乳腺癌患者改良根治术后发生乳腺癌术后疼痛综合征(Post-Mastectomy Pain Syn-drome,PMPS)的影响因素。方法选取云霄县中医院2021年10月至2022年12月收治的200例行乳腺癌改良根治术患者作为研究对象,依照是否发生术后疼痛综合征情况分为PMPS组与非PMPS组,探究相关影响因素及预防对策。结果和非PMPS组进行对比,PMPS组肿瘤位置、术前慢性疼痛史、术后放疗及淋巴结清扫个数等与其均存在统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果显示,上象限肿瘤、术前慢性疼痛史、术后放疗、淋巴结清扫个数多等都是影响乳腺癌改良根治术后乳腺癌术后疼痛综合征的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌改良根治术患者,PMPS的产生和多种因素相关,临床需根据患者实际情况制定科学有效的预防对策,以减轻患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of post-mastectomy pain syndrome(PMPS)in breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy.Methods A study was conducted on 200 breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for at Yunxiao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2022.The patients were divided into PMPS and non-PMPS groups based on the presence or absence of post-mastectomy pain syndrome.Relevant influencing factors and preventive strategies were analyzed.Results Compared to the non-PMPS group,the PMPS group showed statistically significant differences in tumor location,history of chronic pain before surgery,postoperative radiotherapy,and the number of lymph nodes dissected(P<0.05).Other indicators did not show significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The results indicated that factors such as tumor location in the upper quadrant,history of chronic pain before surgery,postoperative radiotherapy,and a higher number of lymph nodes dissected were associated with the occurrence of PMPS(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of post-mastectomy pain syndrome in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer is associated with multiple factors.Clinicians need to develop scientifically effective preventive strategies based on the patient's specific conditions to alleviate their pain.
