碎米或高粱替代日粮玉米对番鸭生产性能、胫色和造肉成本的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探究玉米、碎米或高粱型日粮对番鸭生产性能、胫色和造肉成本的影响。试验选取22日龄健康状况良好、体重相近的昌龙小种正番母鸭1200只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只番鸭,分别饲喂以玉米、碎米、高粱、高粱补充叶黄素为能量饲料配制的日粮,试验期为48 d。结果显示:以玉米、碎米、高粱、高粱补充叶黄素为能量饲料配制的日粮对番鸭的耗料量、体增重、料重比、成活率和脚胫着色度均没有显著影响(P>0.05);与玉米组相比,高粱组和高粱补充叶黄素组能显著降低番鸭的造肉饲料成本(P<0.05);与碎米组相比,高粱组番鸭的造肉饲料成本也显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,番鸭日粮中应用碎米或高粱替代玉米,对番鸭生产性能无显著影响,且使用高粱替代玉米可降低番鸭饲料成本,提高经济效益。This study was to investigate the effect of broken rice or sorghum substitution of dietary corn on production perfor-mance,shank color and meat production cost of Muscovy ducks.A total of 120022-day-age healthy Muscovy ducks with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 100 Muscovy ducks per replicate.The 4 treatment diets prepared with corn,broken rice,sorghum or sorghum supplemented with lutein as energy feed,respectively.The experiment lasted for 48 days.The results showed that the 4 treatment diets did not significantly affect the feed consumption,body weight gain,feed conversion ratio,survival rate and shank color(P>0.05).However,compared with the corn group,the meat production cost of the sorghum group and the sorghum supplemented lutein group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In addition,the meat production cost of the sorghum group was also significantly lower compared to the broken rice group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the replacement of corn with broken rice or sorghum in Muscovy duck diet had no significant effect on the production performance of Muscovy duck,the use of sorghum to replace corn could reduce the cost of Muscovy duck feed and improve economic benefits.
