摘　　要：在分析中国香港西九龙车站跨境列车运营现状以及实施电子客票融合需求的基础上,通过对国铁集团、铁路局集团公司、车站三级架构系统的改造,设计并实现以旅客服务记录(PSR)为主要载体的港铁跨境电子客票票务系统。采用隐私保护技术、多币种支付、系统应急处置等关键技术,实现中国香港西九龙车站窗口发售电子客票,打破港铁12306网站、APP与车站人工窗口一体化办理旅客出行业务的壁垒。通过改造中国香港西九龙站的检票设备,支持旅客使用可机读识别的购票证件刷证或扫描12306APP动态二维码进行检票,实现无纸化出行。自2023年1月香港地区与内地恢复互通以来,港铁跨境列车运营的实践表明,港铁跨境电子客票的实现满足了港铁的运营需求及国铁集团的电子客票融合需求,极大地提升铁路跨境旅客的出行体验。This study examined the current operations at Hong Kong’s West Kowloon Station and the demand for integrating electronic ticketing.By revamping the hierarchical system of the China Railway Group,railway bureaus,and stations,the study developed a cross-border E-ticketing system for the Hong Kong Railway,with passenger service records(PSR)as its core component.Leveraging key technologies such as multi-currency payment and data privacy protection,this system enabled E-ticket sales at West Kowloon Station,overcoming the barriers between the 12306 website,mobile app,and manual ticketing offices.Upgrades to the station’s gate equipment facilitated paperless travel by allowing passengers to scan readable ticketing documents or 12306App QR codes for gate access.Since the restoration of connectivity between Hong Kong and the mainland in January 2023,the operation of cross-border trains by Hong Kong Railway has demonstrated that the E-ticket system meets operational needs and aligns with China Railway’s E-ticketing standards,significantly enhancing the travel experience for cross-border railway passengers.
