摘  要:在高密度城市中,水敏性开放空间存在大量老旧而封闭的雨洪基础设施,亟待进行平灾复合空间导向的更新。然而,既有研究中对水敏性开放空间及其雨洪基础设施的平灾空间研究存在要素繁杂和特征难以整合的问题,并且在极端偶发性和常年季节性平灾天气下的人群活动难以用传统方法监测,导致当前平灾空间与复合使用之间的影响关联尚不明晰,造成土地浪费。因此,本文提出了融合城市人因大数据的设计策划研究路径与框架,包括水敏性开放空间及其雨洪特征要素的“功能-形态-网络”类型形态设计研究、公众活动与感知的平灾时空使用表征研究、以及二者相互关联的平灾复合机制与设计前策划研究,以此提供一个以人为本视角下融合城市人因大数据的新研究框架,促进平灾复合更新和韧性城市建设。In densely populated urban areas characterized by water-sensitive open spaces,a substantial number of aging stormwater infrastructure assets are currently non-operational,necessitating urgent modernization to serve dual purposes,namely disaster response and multifaceted urban functionality.Following an extensive review of existing academic literature,it has become evident that ongoing research concerning stormwater infrastructure and its associated elements presents inherent complexity and challenges in terms of cohesive integration.Furthermore,conventional methodologies have proven inadequate in effectively monitoring activities within these spaces,particularly under the extreme and sporadic weather conditions experienced year-round.Consequently,this has resulted in a paucity of comprehensive understanding regarding the intricate relationship between disaster response areas and their potential multifunctionality.In light of these observations,we propose a rigorous research approach and framework that prominently incorporates urban human factors'big data.Our methodology centers on a"function-form-network"morphological design investigation,focusing on water-sensitive open spaces and their associated rainwaterrelated components.This research also delves into the exploration of public activities and their corresponding perceptions within these spaces.Our primary objective is to systematically characterize disaster response activities'temporal and spatial dimensions while simultaneously examining the interrelated mechanisms governing disaster response compounds and pre-design planning.By doing so,we aim to establish a robust scientific foundation that informs the renewal of disaster response compounds and contributes substantively to the advancement of resilient urban environments.
