摘  要:山地丘陵区生态空间是维持生态系统服务的重要载体,科学精准划定生态空间分区对于生态保护修复具有重要意义。文中以鲁中南山地丘陵区为例,根据复合生态系统理论选取五个社会经济和九个自然指标,系统评价其生态空间的社会经济自然特征。通过自组织映射算法探讨网格、城镇和地形尺度下的多尺度分区社会经济自然特征差异,确定综合生态分区方案并提出管控策略。结果表明:1)三个尺度下均有城市核心休闲区、山地丘陵生态保护区、复合协调发展区,且同一分区内三种尺度主要指标特征差异较小。2)乡镇尺度和地形尺度在城乡区域和高海拔区域分区具有优势。3)以网格尺度为基础,城镇和地形尺度作为补充,最终分区为城市核心休闲区、城郊生态修复区、城乡过渡保障区、农田保育区、适度干预保护区、山地丘陵生态保护区、山地丘陵生态修复区及复合协调发展区,并确定了各区的管控策略。文中立足于山地丘陵区地理特征,通过跨尺度的生态空间分区方案探讨,可有效指导生态空间的分区管控,为管控策略的制定提供决策支持。Ecological space is an important vehicle for sustaining improved ecosystem services, and the scientific and precise delineation of ecological space zoning is of great significance for ecological protection and restoration. Taking the hilly areas of central-south Shandong as an example, and according to the complex ecosystem theory, five socio-economic indicators and nine natural indicators are used to systematically evaluate the socio-economic and natural characteristics of the ecological space in the hilly areas of central-south Shandong, and the differences in zoning at the grid, town, and topographic scales are explored through the self-organized mapping algorithm to determine the zoning scheme and propose the control strategy by combining the zoning characteristics and the main factors of the zoning. The results reveal that: 1) There are urban core recreational zones, mountain-hilly ecological protection zones, and composite coordinated development zones on all three scales, and within the same zoning area, the differences in the characteristics of the main indicators among the three scales are relatively small. 2) The town and the topographic scales are advantageous in the urban-rural and high-elevation zoning areas. 3) With the grid scale as the basis, and the town and topographic scales as the supplements, the final zoning areas are the urban core recreational zones, urban-suburban ecological restoration zones, urban-rural transition safeguard zones, farmland conservation zones, moderately intervention-protected zones, mountain-hilly ecological protection zones, mountain-hilly ecological restoration zones, and composite coordinated development zones, and the management and control strategies for each area are determined. Based on the geographical characteristics of the hilly areas, and by exploring cross-scale ecological space zoning schemes, this method can effectively guide ecological space zoning and management, thereby provide decisive decision-making support for devising management strategies.
