摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤营养不良(cancer related malnutrition,CM)的发病率逐年升高但治疗率仍低,其诊疗工作引起了国内外高度关注。当前肿瘤营养不良的评估以西医“三级诊断”模式为主,中医评价体系尚未形成。其发生发展由多病因共同作用,具体靶点通路仍不明晰,这导致以营养支持和对症处理为主的西医治疗效果不佳。中医通过辨证论治,以“扶正祛邪、缓中补虚”为基本治则,取得一定临床效果,然而以西医量表为主的营养不良评估方式不能准确衡量症状改善程度,导致中医疗效无法量化评价而易被忽视。故该文将对肿瘤营养不良的发病机制和中西医诊疗现况予以梳理,以期为肿瘤营养不良的筛查、评估和治疗研究提供借鉴。In recent years,the incidence of cancer related malnutrition(CM)has increased year by year,while the rate of treating is still low,so its diagnosis and treatment have attracted great attention at home and abroad.Nowadays,levelⅢdiagnosis has been the main model of cancer related malnutrition,but the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine has not been formed.The progression of cancer related malnutrition is caused by multiple etiological factors,and the specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated,which leads to the poor effect of Western medicine treatment based on nutritional support and symptomatic treatment.By treating based on syndrome differentiation,TCM achieves certain therapeutic effects using the principle of"Supporting the righteous and dispelling the evil,reviving the center and supplementing the deficiency".However,the assessment of malnutrition based on Western medicine efficacy indexes cannot accurately measure the degree of symptomatic improvement,which makes the efficacy of Chinese medicine not quantifiable and easily ignored.Therefore,this paper will review the pathogenesis of cancer related malnutrition and the current status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,in order to provide a reference for the screening,evaluation and treatment of cancer related malnutrition.
