摘 要:以正多面体的五种结构特征为依据,以正多面体为基础,提出点面等效耦合机构的设计方法。首先,通过研究空间正多面体的结构特点,选择动、定平台及择优选择对称轴;定义了一类耦合顶点和二类耦合顶点,通过将一类耦合顶点和二类耦合顶点顺次连接在一起,从而形成各种耦合支链。其次,设计几何元素的替换构件,根据替代原则,一类耦合顶点和二类耦合顶点可以用正多边形替代构件代替,而耦合框架中的每条棱边则可以用二副杆代替。正多边形替代构件和二副杆替代构件之间通过使用转动副(R副)连接,且R副的两端轴线相互平行,从而构成耦合机构基础模型。另外,判断综合出的耦合机构的可动性。最后,将一类耦合顶点和二类耦合顶点的替代构件从正多面体扩展到非正多面体,从而设计出拟二十面体耦合机构并对其动平台进行了运动轨迹分析。Based on the five structural characteristics of regular polyhedra,a design method for a point surface equivalent coupling mechanism is proposed.Firstly,by studying the structural characteristics of regular polyhedra in space,the moving and fixed platforms are selected,and the optimal axis of symmetry is chosen.Then,typeⅠand typeⅡcoupling vertices are defined respectively.And various coupling branches are formed by sequentially connecting the typeⅠcoupling vertices and the typeⅡcoupling vertices together.Secondly,replacement components for geometric elements are designed.According to the principle of substitution,the type I coupling vertices and the typeⅡcoupling vertices can be replaced by regular polygons,while each edge in the coupling framework can be replaced by two auxiliary rods.The basic model of the coupling mechanism is formed by connecting the replacement components of regular polygons and the replacement components of two pairs of rods through the use of rotating pairs(R pairs),and the two end axes of R pairs are parallel to each other.Additionally,the maneuverability of the synthesized coupling mechanism is determined.Finally,the replacement components of the first and second types of coupling vertices are extended from regular polyhedra to non-regular polyhedra,and a quasi-icosahedral coupling mechanism is designed.And the motion trajectory of its moving platform is analyzed.
